I am a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of comprehensive experience in financial management, treasury, corporate finance, investor relations, statutory audits, and financial due diligence. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep expertise in analyzing financial statements, managing MIS, and preparing insightful presentations for senior leadership, including Board of Directors and its committees.Currently, as Head of Treasury at Voltas Limited—a prestigious TATA enterprise—I lead the central treasury team, managing banking relationships, investments, and insurance policies while ensuring efficient fund management for the organization and its subsidiaries. I collaborate closely with the CFO and business heads to drive budget planning, variance analysis, and robust financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making. My role in the organisation includes overseeing consolidation, audit coordination, investor relations, and credit rating exercises. I have also gained valuable exposure in transaction advisory services with Deloitte and EY, where I specialized in financial due diligence for M&A transactions across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
