I’m an experienced product manager who’s delivered creative and engaging product and marketing solutions. I love telling stories, be it fiction, non-fiction or product stories. For the past 3 years, I have worked on e-learning solutions for ALLEN Career Institute and played an instrumental role in transitioning their offline coaching model into the online model (through ALLEN Digital) during the pandemic and a hybrid learning model post hence. Here, I was also the principal for the Salesforce CRM implementation across the Digital wing and am now part of the steering committee for the same. My earlier experiences include product management for an AI-enabled custom CRM solution, a search and discovery portal for salons, spas and fitness centres, and a white-labelled mobile app solution for restaurants. I also have extensive experience with digital marketing campaigns and analytics. Apart from work, I am uncannily good at dumb charades, a movie and television buff, a Dystopian fiction fan, Rubik\'s cube aficionado, an amateur cricketer, a gym enthusiast and an eccentric cook.
