With around a decade and a half of professional experience, I am a consulting leader specializing in insurance and healthcare transformation through technology, integration, and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Manager at Duck Creek Technologies, I focus on pre-sales technical consulting, AI-driven innovation, and strategic solutioning.I lead teams of seasoned SMEs to design and deliver integration assets, CXO-level demos, and high-impact pitches, partnering with Sales Directors and Customer Success leaders to drive new business while deepening cross-sell and upsell opportunities. My work spans building integration pipelines that directly address client pain points, shaping go-to-market strategies for regional expansion, and crafting RFX/RFI responses that position the organization as a trusted partner.Earlier in my career, I contributed to one of the world’s largest Affordable Care Act implementations at Deloitte Consulting USI, where I played a pivotal role in building healthcare modules, ensuring delivery quality, and managing change initiatives for the State of Oregon’s Health Insurance System. I started my professional journey at Infobeans Technologies Limited, developing websites and services on.NET technologies, which gave me a strong foundation in engineering and product development.I am guided by the philosophy of learn, unlearn, and relearn—continuously evolving as a professional and a leader.
