I am currently the Corporate Quality Head of FMEG at Polycab India Limited, one of the leading manufacturers of wires, cables, and fast-moving electrical goods in India.In this role, I lead the quality transformation and innovation initiatives across the FMEG division, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. I also oversee the new product development, manufacturing plant setup, system setup, testing and validation, and certification processes for various FMEG products, such as LED lighting, fans, switches, and appliances. Some of my key achievements include reducing customer complaints by 60%, increasing on-time delivery by 40%, and securing multiple BIS, CRS, CE, UL, and ETL certifications for Polycab products. I am passionate about driving change management, fostering a culture of quality, and delivering value to the stakeholders.
