Currently at HighRadius as an Associate Director focusing on GTM Growth Strategy and Operations, I\'ve been fortunate to lead transformative projects that not only enhance our GTM processes but also empower my team of seven talented analysts to innovate continuously.My earlier experiences at HighRadius shaped my approach to digital transformation using Agile methodologies. I spearheaded initiatives that streamlined engineering processes while building a robust team of business analysts who collaborated closely with product leaders on process improvement projects. I also bring experience from MAQ Software where I executed eight client projects within an Agile framework focused on Power BI and data warehousing technologies—delivering impactful dashboards that helped clients optimize their marketing spend analysis. My early career at Infosys taught me the importance of process optimization; I streamlined financial report generation for a major bank by reducing generation time by 50%I thrive on challenges that require creative problem-solving. For instance, I successfully led the onboarding of third-party applications which significantly improved our sales plays\' efficiency.
