Hi, I\'m Vaibhav — a Data Science + Product hybrid with 5+ years of experience building data-led solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and mentoring future leaders. While my title has often been “Data Scientist,” my role has consistently extended into Product Management responsibilities — owning problem statements, designing solutions, and delivering business outcomes. 🧩 Product Thinking Meets Data Science I’ve led initiatives from end to end — identifying user pain points, working closely with stakeholders, shaping solution design, and deploying ML models and dashboards to create measurable impact. Whether it\'s driving automation to save analyst hours or designing forecasting tools for clients, I’ve owned the “what” and “why” as much as the “how.” Strategic Leadership & Talent Development I spearhead global initiatives focused on talent development and leadership growth within analytics teams. I also drive programs aimed at productizing analytics — scaling insights, building reusable tools, and aligning data workflows with evolving business needs. From Analysis to Adoption I’ve worked across domains — from pharmaceutical analytics in the US to global retail clients — combining R, Python, SQL, and Tableau with business strategy. I’ve built classification models, deployed interactive dashboards, and most importantly, collaborated with users and stakeholders to ensure solutions solve the right problems. Mentor and Communicator I’ve delivered guest lectures (including at Delhi University’s Data Science Symposium) and actively mentor aspiring data professionals. Translating technical insights into business language is one of my favorite superpowers. My Next Chapter: Product Management Having spent years at the intersection of data, user needs, and strategic impact, I’m now transitioning formally into Product Management. I bring a deep analytical toolkit, customer-centric mindset, and a track record of delivering solutions that balance feasibility, usability, and impact.
