About Vaibhavi Shinde
Currently managing Cetaphil Baby at Galderma. In my stint as Product Manager at Sanofi, I managed two leading brands in the consumer healthcare segment: Allegra, an antiallergic, and DePURA, a vitamin D supplement. I joined Sanofi in March 2022, after four years of successful product management experience at Sun Pharma, India\'s largest pharmaceutical company.At Sun Pharma, I spearheaded the launch of India\'s first bilastine brand, Bilasure and Bilasure M, which became market leaders in the antihistamine category. I also handled two antifungal brands, Zole IT and Zole group, and accelerated their growth in the competitive dermatology market.I started my career with a sales stint at MSD - Merck. I managed two critical care products in the oncology space - Noxafil (Posaconazole) and Cancidas (Caspofungin). Interacting with various stakeholders like HCPs - Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, Intensivists, Critical Care Specialists and Hospital Pharmacists, Retailers, Stockists and Nurses was enriching. It was an experience of a lifetime to work in India’s biggest oncology treatment hospitals like TATA Hospital, ACTREC Centre, KEM Hospital and Kokilaben Hospital. I have a strong background in marketing- making brand plans, brand activations, market research, strategic thinking, and innovation, thanks to my MBA Pharmatech degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and my certifications from WIPO ans PAAB. I am a passionate marketer and love learning new skills. My goal is to create value for consumers, the organisation and society through my work.
