As a Senior Consultant, I lead transformational change initiatives for CGI’s public- and private-sector clients. I design and deliver change strategies that integrate impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, continuous feedback, adoption measurement, and reinforcement planning—helping organizations prepare for change and sustain it over time.My approach combines a people-first mindset with data-driven execution.
