Vaibhav | Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India | Founder & Managing Partner, YHprum Legal New Delhi, India Vaibhav is an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India. He is a seasoned advocate with over twelve years of experience before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and various Courts/Tribunals in Delhi. He is a Founder & Managing Partner of YHprum Legal, a boutique law firm specializing in litigation, IP Law, arbitration and dispute resolution and offer comprehensive legal services, managing diverse cases in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other tribunals. Before venturing into independent practice, he worked with HMJ Dipak Misra, former CJI, and at the Chamber of Gopal Jain, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court. He gained experience while working with boutique law firms and independent advocates. He also work as ‘Of Counsel’ for Angina Legal and Tech Solutions a full service consultancy and litigation firm based out from Chandigarh. He is an alumnus of the National Law University, Punjab, where he completed B.A, LL.B (Hons.) with a specialization in Business and Intellectual Property Laws (20••••12). His practice spans over arbitration, civil and criminal litigation, commercial disputes, and various specialized areas including constitution, environmental compliance, telecom, electricity, companies act, insolvency code, service disputes, real estate, matrimonial disputes, trademark, and NI Act cases before different Courts and Tribunal across NCR Region. His experienced and proficiency includes court argument, drafting and vetting commercial contracts/legal documents, briefing senior counsels, providing legal advice/opinions, formulating litigation strategies, and drafting/filing pleadings. He had an honor of being invited as a Judge/ Arbitrator for international rounds of prestigious Moot Court Competitions such as Jessup, Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (East & Vienna), and ICC Trial Moot, FDI Moot. Experienced \'Arbitrator\' for pre-moots worldwide, including the Willem C. Vis Moot (East & Vienna), Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court, and Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration/Mediation Moots. As a Speaker, Columnist and Writer, his view point and insights are featured in various International and National Law Journals and newspapers and legal platforms. Vaibhav regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi & other State High Courts, NCDRC, TDSAT, APTEL, UPRERA, HRRERA, NGT, NCLAT, NCLT, and State & Districts Consumer Forums.
