   Heading BBG Working Capital business for Manesar and Gurgaon as Cluster Head. Handling an asset portfolio with AUM of INR 9500 Mn generating income of 600 Mn annually. I with my team of 7 Relationship Managers am responsible for: New Client Acquisition: Acquire new corporate customers for Working Capital, Business Loans & Trade Finance. Credit Appraisal Activities: Once a new customer is interested to bank with us we are responsible for: Documentation & Pre-Sanction Formalities: Guiding customer for documentation and follow up for submission of documents timely & completely. Preparation of CAM: and presenting the case to Credit & Risk team for analysis and appraisal. Sanction: Resolution of queries raised by Credit & Risk team for CAM approval so that case is sanctioned timely. Disbursement and Post Disbursement Formalities: Ensuring completion of requisite documents and formalities at each stage such pre disbursement, valuation, post disbursement etc. Onboarding: Once case is disbursed, we ensure that customer is properly onboarded and guided through HDFC bank\'s processes, platforms, relationship team, escalation matrix etc so that he/she feels ease of banking with us. Portfolio Management: Management and servicing a portfolio of existing customers by providing credit and allied banking services. I personally manage CXO level relationships with important and big customers so that they are provided with best of the services in best of the TAT. Revenue Generation: Plan and monitor execution of strategies for generation of all Liability and asset Income, Trade Income, NII by offering business banking solutions and products with prime focus on Working Capital and Trade Forex. Housekeeping for Compliance Adherence: Ensure that the housekeeping activities such as CAM renewal, deferral/deviation closure, stock statement, insurance renewal, site visit etc are being done timely and properly so that we are adhering to compliance.
