If there\'s one thing I\'ve learned from my time in the supply chain industry, it\'s that the devil is in the detail. My journey began at Siemens as trainee than to Philips semiconductor and now with Panasonic for more than 7 years, where I cut my teeth on all aspects of supply chain planning and execution.Over a four-year period in Philips, we were able to successfully reduced the lead time by 22% and increased the order fulfilment rate by 12%. With my experience and a masters in Business Administration, I was ready for a new challenge. That\'s when I made the move to Panasonic as a executive and data analyst.At Panasonic, I worked with a dedicated team to devise strategies that improved operational efficiency. I also led the implementation of IBP system which improved visibility across the supply chain network.When I\'m not optimizing supply chains, I love to get my hands dirty in Business development, strategy and Benchmarking for one of the niche and emerging business in Panasonic - Power Tools.
