Successfully manage the Entire S2P (Source to Pay) cycle for the assigned projects• Efficiently and effectively leading team of Buyers, Expeditors, and Quality Engineers (2 to 4 members) to achieve the project cost, schedule, and quality objectives.• Directing & managing the tendering process including Commercial bid evaluation and negotiation of pricing and Terms & Conditions.• Holding regular review meetings with stakeholders to track, monitor, and control project performance.• Close Coordination with Category Managers to develop new suppliers and effective local volume distribution, with a focus on the optimized cost of products with better quality and delivery performance.• Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.• Close Collaboration with Manufacturing to optimize Inventory Levels and deal with Internal and External Logistics to ensure timely shipments.• Manage Contract changes, claims management; assess and mitigate project risks.• Determine resource plan, cost estimates, and, optimizing project schedules. • Leading REX program to derive Supplier’s scorecard on the performance of each project’s deliverables. • Utilization of ERP system (SAP, Ariba) and Company tools like Vault, SharePoint, and Microsoft applications to implement Procurement processes and effectively report data on Cost, delivery, and contract performance. • Participate in various Value Analysis projects & Continuous Improvement exercisesResponsible for Preparing Procurement Execution strategy, sourcing each item for the project, mainly comprising of Pressure Vessels including Painting and lining, Spools, Skids, Supports, Valves, Instruments, Electrical components including PLC, Pumps, Valve Stations, Heat Exchangers, Blowers, Hardware, Gaskets, IT components.
