I’m currently working as a Data Analyst at ZET, where I handle analytics for our secured credit card and FD-backed card business. Most of my work revolves around building tracking systems, setting up UTM attribution logic, and creating automated alert dashboards that help us monitor user journeys and campaign performance in real time. I also take care of call centre analytics, focusing on how data can improve agent efficiency, lead prioritization, and overall retention performance.I’ve also been deeply involved in VKYC tracking and analytics, where I built systems to identify drop-offs, track success rates, and measure agent performance more effectively. These insights have helped us streamline coordination between product, marketing, and operations teams. I completed my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from AKTU, Lucknow, and hold certifications in Google Data Analytics and Machine Learning. Overall, I just enjoy using data to make things more measurable, efficient, and growth-focused.
