Dynatrace Monitoring & Observability: • Understanding client requirements and designing end-to-end monitoring solutions. • Finding gaps in the existing observability framework and implementing solutions to achieve full-stack observability. • Installing and configuring Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate in multiple deployment modes as per monitoring needs. • Setting up SLA-based and custom alerting to enable proactive monitoring and reduce MTTD and MTTR. • Enabling anomaly detection and event correlation for faster root cause identification. • Designing dashboards using DQL to visualize application, infrastructure, and business KPIs. • Developing synthetic monitors for public and private locations to ensure availability and performance. • Implementing MELT (Metrics, Events, Logs, Traces) for complete observability. • Configuring log monitoring and enrichment using OpenPipeline for advanced analysis. • Integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow ITSM for automated ticket creation and MS Teams/webhooks for faster notification and collaboration. • Conducting observability assessments and providing recommendations to optimize monitoring strategy. • Setting up Dynatrace monitoring for hybrid, on-premises, and cloud applications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes). • Performing performance analysis, root cause analysis, and providing capacity recommendations. • Integrating Dynatrace with performance testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to monitor test runs. • Connecting Dynatrace and other APM tools such as Datadog with AIOps platforms like BigPanda for centralized incident management.
