Lead defect triage with clear severity definitions, root-cause analysis, and prioritization—reducing repeatissues through improved requirement clarity, test coverage, and exception workflow design. Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders—publishing weekly status updates, RAID logs, releasenotes, and readiness checkpoints to ensure alignment across business and IT.Drive rollout planning and cutover execution, including go/no-go criteria, training readiness inputs,communications plan, and hypercare playbooks to support operational continuity during productiontransitions.
