ABOUT VAIBHAV SRINIVASAN
I was a doctor for years before realizing the same problems kept walking through the door - the system was failing people, and I couldn’t fix it one patient at a time. That realization pushed me toward public health policy and data - the upstream levers where change actually lasts. After earning my MPH from NYU, I supported care coordination and social service linkages at Unite Us, then worked at Sambodhi on research and evaluation projects, including a COVID-19 vaccine study with UNICEF. Now at CertifyOS, I modernize healthcare operations - building data systems that make credentialing and access faster, fairer, and more transparent. The through-line: find where systems break, use data to surface what’s ignored, and use policy to change it - especially for communities too often left behind. Based in Toronto, I’m looking for roles in health policy, digital health, or data strategy to drive system-level change.
