Business Partnering with specific stakeholders within the region in alignment with the Global IT Category and serve as Procurement resource on IT Software and IT Consultancy initiatives. Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Act as a general point of contact for Procurement topics for defined stakeholder areas- Organize and lead complex supplier negotiations through gathering stakeholder business requirements, planning and preparation with a focus on sustainable outcomes. Fully drive/coordinate the Request for X (RFI, RFP) process- Contribute to Roche Global IT Procurement savings targets- Supplier relationship management on key IT suppliers - Work independently with Roche leaders to identify strategic procurement opportunities within the business. Focus on cost reductions, efficiencies/quality improvements, risk mitigation- Facilitate senior level review and concurrence on sourcing strategies- Lead cross-functional teams by building internal and external relationships that create alignment to identify, develop, and drive strategic negotiations focused on reducing overall cost and improving supplier performance- Accountable for the global contracting process with suppliers- Decision-Making Authority: Commercial recommendations to business for supplier selection. Grants exceptions to bypass the procurement process. Reports non-compliant behavior. Maintains accountability for commercial contract terms- Project management / Program management: Leadership in complex projects to successful outcome and on time completion- Ensure compliance and adherence to Procurement policy, processes, initiatives and goals.
