I started my career at HUL in 2009 with my first role as National Distribution Planning Manager. Handled a team of 10 people handling distribution planning for all the categories at HUL. The role was to define the most optimized distribution network, fulfilling demand at the Distribution Centers from factories and hence generates savings for the organization.Post this, I took up the role of Regional Logistics Manager for West branch, handling warehouse operations across 5 states - Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa. This role included managing a team of 11 people, 10 C & FAs, warehouse owners and transporters. Service (invoicing and reaching stocks on time to distributors), Financial controls at warehouses, operations costing, safety were key areas I worked at.Currently I am managing the Regional Customer Service manager role at West branch taking care of stock availability, managing transitions, demand forecasting (S & OPs) and distribution to maintain healthy service levels.
