I am a curious and motivated learner, who is always eager to acquire new skills and knowledge. I have strong analytical and research skills, which enable me to solve complex problems and generate innovative ideas. I am also a collaborative and supportive teammate, who values diversity and inclusion, and strives to contribute to the success and growth of the team, the organization, and the society. As a Junior Coordinator at IIM Rohtak, I work with the Industry Relations and Interaction Cell to facilitate partnerships and collaborations between the institute and various stakeholders, such as corporates, alumni, and media. I also manage and execute various events and activities that enhance the learning experience and career prospects of the students. I have a strong background in program management, having worked as an Associate Program Manager at MyCaptain and a Program Manager intern at GrowthSchool, where I developed and managed online courses and workshops on various topics, such as design, digital marketing, and content writing and marketing. I have also acquired multiple certifications in fields such as negotiation, mathematics for machine learning, and microeconomics from prestigious universities. My education and interests align with my passion for bringing a positive change in the way we educate and learn, as well as creating efficient and sustainable solutions for transportation and logistics. I am pursuing a PGP degree at IIM Rohtak. I also hold a BS degree in transportation from Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya, where I learned about the challenges and opportunities of designing and managing transportation systems for a world in paucity of resources but always on move.
