Dear connections and LinkedIn family, Hello! I’m Vaibhav Sharma, a law graduate specializing in Energy Laws from UPES Dehradun, currently working as a Legal Executive at Mercados Energy Market India. My academic and professional journey has been marked by hands-on experience across a range of national and international events, as well as numerous internships. During college, I made it a point to stay engaged in diverse activities. I participated in 34 national and 4 international events and completed 18 internships, each enriching my understanding and skills. Notable achievements include ranking as the 6th best mediator in an international competition by NLU Bhopal and being part of the 2nd best mediator team in an international competition by NLU Shimla. I also secured 1st place in \"Budget Pe Charcha,\" a national debate organized by UPES Dehradun, and was a semi-finalist in the Intra Negotiation Competition at UPES. Additionally, I earned 3rd place in the All India Speech Competition organized by the Dristikon Debating Society at Gautam Buddha University in 2020, and I was a finalist in the \"Battle O’ Words\" debate at Amity University, Noida. Beyond competitions, I had the opportunity to present research papers at NLU Delhi and NLU Nagpur, which broadened my perspectives. I was also honored to deliver a speech on \"Fundamental Duties\" on All India Radio, Prasar Bharati, at the Dehradun station. These experiences have equipped me with a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation for future growth.
