Metro Project: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) – Project DE-04-Site In-charge for 66/33/27.5 kV Receiving Substations under DMRC Phase-4 Project-Supervised installation and testing of- Traction Transformers (up to 30 MVA, 66/27.5 kV) Auxiliary Transformers (up to 30 MVA, 66/33 kV) 66 kV & 25(27.5) kV GIS (Gas insulated Switchgear) 33 kV switchgear and CRP (Control and relay Panels) Managed EHV cable laying (up to 66 kV) from DTL GSS to RSS, including termination and testing. Material/ Equipment estimation and planning A good knowledge of Drawings like OGA, SLD, Layout Plan, Earthing and Project Cost, Budgeting also Coordinated and liaised with civic bodies such as BSES, NDPL, MCD, PWD, DTL, DDA, as well as various DMRC contractors-(Civil & Traction contractor) Directed installation of yard, GIS, and building earthing systems, and yard, building lighting systems (MEP System). Conducted SCADA testing and integration with DCC for Metro Lines 7 & 8. Handled FATs, stage inspections, and SATs for transformers and cables. Coordinated with vendors, clients, and project teams, ensuring on-time deliverables and compliance. Prepared and maintained DPRs, MPRs, method statements, and quality documentation. Railway Electrification Projects (2018 – 2022) Led execution of Traction Substations (132/25 kV) and Switching Stations (SPs/SSPs) across Indian Railways. Awarded KEC Manyata Award – Performer of the Quarter (Dec 2020) for completing 3 SSPs and 1 TSS in 4 months. Facilitated successful CRS inspections and delivered projects across key sections- Vijaypur–Maksi (188 RKM, WCR) Pune–Satara (35 RKM, CR) Kharagpur–Jhalgram (30 RKM, SER) Rajhatagarh–Salegaun (22 RKM, ECoR) Installation, Testing and commissioning of- Traction transformers, CTs, PTs, CBs, isolators, zebra conductors, battery banks - ACDB, DCDB, busbars, and earthing systems Managed BOM preparation, material reconciliation, vendor finalization, and PO approvals
