Derating analysis on IO modules - Finding stress (electrical and thermal) on each component from BoM as per guidelines.4. Worked on Mentor Graphics Expedition (PCB schematics and layout tool) for design of IO Firmware Friendly Module.5. G3 compliance check on IO module’s BoM as per Mining industry standard.6. Timing analysis tool for interfaces e.g. I2C, UART, SPI.7. Mining analysis (residual energy calculation) on IO module’s design as per Mining industry standard.8. SAP, CRF activities in PLDC.9. Export Import compliance check on IO module’s BoM for IECN number generation.10. Write/Review DVT and functional test specifications/test plans of IO modules.11. Co-ordinate with onsite team (US based) and provide technical support to optimize design for manufacturing. Interacting with Embedded Software team to provide interface requirements.13. Study the respective design/hardware issues, analyse & find out root causes.14. Supervising and guiding GET/Freshers/Engineers for day-to-day activities.
