Coordinated process trails relating polymer and additive batches, and also with production to ensure accurate interpretation and product quality in manufacturing processes.• Utilize in-house company QC databases and manufacturing (SAP) databases for maintain relevant records and improve quality control.• Led company internal audits ensuring ISO – 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance and conducted 5S audits to enhance workplace efficiency and safety.• Involves overseeing reactor operations, including filtering, drying, and sieving, and ensuring strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).• Interpret and analyze PFDs and P & IDs to understand and optimize manufacturing workflows, also been responsible for managing both hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals while maintaining precise records and accurate batch labelling.• Own and ensure the effective closure of CAPAs, produce and update risk assessments and FMEAs as required, and produce and update monthly KPIs, taking actions to achieve targets.• Work with R&D for the scale-up of batches in production, ensuring smooth transition from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.• Implementation of HACCP and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), risk assessments, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
