Perform opportunity assessment – Participate in bid/ no bid meetingsProposal management - Drive entire proposal lifecycle Assign and monitor tasks to proposal support team which includes subject matter experts, proposal writers, teaming partners and graphic artists Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal/ Contracts team Develop proposal artifacts, templates including RFP/RFI clarification questions, outlines, style guide, story board templates, proposal management plan/ timeline, kick off presentation, proposal budgets, compliance matrix, writers and page matrix, opportunity check list, Pink and Red Team evaluation sheetWork with the capture manager to conduct technical solutioning and storyboarding session Leverage existing content, incorporate win themes, value proposition, key messages, and discriminators. Manage and execute Pink, Red, Gold, white glove team reviews and debrief meetings, proposal recovery and revisionsProofread, edit, and review the content, ensure compliance, clarity, consistencyPerform desktop publishing, editorial, peer and strategic reviews Liaise between internal team’s subject matter experts on a multitude of topics and gather informationIdentify opportunity to use/ create capability statements, graphics, call out boxes, benefits, metrics, and competitive ghosting Schedule and organize status calls Post proposal submission activities – BAFOs, ENs and FPRReporting & Management - Manage proposal budgets, performance review, goal setting Team building activities - Organize Lessons Learned, debrief discussion sessions, Best Practice and Training sessions Guide and mentor new joinersContent management – Update SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Shared Drive.
