Account Payable • Invoice Processing in accordance with service baseline (PO Invoices, Non-PO invoices & pre-approved invoices) invoices would be scanned on a daily basis. • Vendor Statement Reconciliations.(Urgent statements within 1 day & non urgent ones within 2 days TAT) • Quality check of invoices (QC) • GRIR report, MR11 • Weekly report. • Monthly report. • Vendor reconciliations. • Ensures all invoices are processes accurately and timely while adhering to accounts payable and cash distribution controls and procedures. Responding to customer/clients request or events as they occur and ensure all B/S accounts Reconciliations and its related balance activities are duly performed with highest quality. • Providing input on procedure and system changes that will improve quality and productivity. • Collaborated with diverse teams in devising solutions to problems and directed organizational resources towards implementing identified solutions. • Trained and mentored junior administrative team members in procedures. • Took messages from clients and relayed them to relevant staff promptly. • Handling the processing, distribution, accuracy verification of invoices. • Handled customer queries and client calls. • Participating in daily/ weekly call with Business/clients. • Cross training and motivating team members. Verifying whether all invoices has processed within the TAT or not
