Key Responsibilities:Project Lifecycle Management:Initiate and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from RFQ receipt to final delivery. This includes detailed scoping, requirement analysis, and the development of comprehensive project plans with defined milestones.Design & Documentation:Utilize CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Fusion360 to create 2D/3D models, manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, and jig/fixture designs. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Costing & Quotation:Estimate costs for components, materials, machining, labor, and overhead. Prepare competitive and profitable quotes aligned with RFQ requirements, ensuring timely submission.Cross-Functional Coordination:Collaborate with project management, production, quality assurance, and procurement teams to validate design feasibility. Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and tolerance reviews to ensure design robustness.Supplier & Prototype Management:Oversee supplier selection, design reviews, prototype feedback loops, and validation processes. Maintain a presence on the manufacturing floor to monitor practical execution and integration.Project Execution & Delivery Oversight:Track each project phase closely, resolving delays and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Prepare regular status reports for senior stakeholders and clients. Support pre-shipment inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and installation supervision.
