Profile: I possess a more than 15+ year experience in Quality Enhancement (RCC Structure, Finishing & QMS System). So I will be much pleased seeking a challenging and satisfying career in your organization. I possess excellent interpersonal skills accompanied with the ability to lead. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED: Construction Phases : Pre-tendering / Pre-Procurement Quality Requirements, Raft / Foundation, RCC (Reinforcement, Shuttering, Concreting), Concrete Mix Design, Masonry Work, Plaster (Cement Mortar & Gypsum), Flooring (Tiles & Marbles), Water-Proofing (Basement, Toilets / Bath, Balcony, Podium, Terraces, Swimming Pool, UGT/OHT, STP, etc.), False Ceiling, Façade, Tile / Marble Cladding, etc. Develop, prepare, Implement and monitor the QA/QC Plan,Method Statements / Work Instructions, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Checklist / Formats, etc. Provide Quality Induction and Quality Awareness Trainings. Conduct, monitor, ensure and record the Material / functional tests, site instructions, process checks Carry out quality checks to ensure compliances and quality of Material / Manpower / process / Workmanship. Reduce NCR’s and rectification / repair / wastage and improve of final product / output. Provide technical solution to quality issues Daily / Weekly / Monthly QA/QC reporting to reporting authority. Deals with Contractor / Special Agencies / Third Party Testing Agencies / Labs, carry out Factory / Vendor visits and have interaction with Industry Experts / Consultant / Vendor / Suppliers, as required, to identify and resolve Quality issues. Factory / Supplier / Manufacture / RMC Plant visit and assessment for approval. Value Engineering by adopting new techniques, products and methods. Assisting to get ISO 9001:2015 for the organization. Conduct Internal Audit for cross-functional departments as per ISO 9001:2015.
