Defining scope of work and deliverables for the Internal Hiring Tool Gathering business requirements and sharing them with the technical team for build. Responsible for tracking all the Change Requests and their implementation in the tool. Managing by-weekly releases Work closely with Data Science team on Automating Metric Reporting on Power BI Maintaining RAID Log on a weekly basis Responsible for UAT and Postproduction release testing Managing Integration, Transition & Transformation of the tool with different platforms and looking for further improvement. Working closely with Product owner, acting as a partial product owner Conducting periodic reviews & weekly meetings with the stakeholders of all the regions Governing ongoing projects at regular intervals to ensure projects are on course and follow approved Project Management methodology. Preparing Weekly consolidated deck with detailed incremental progress of the project, which is published to VP, AVP and other stakeholders. Following-up the Key Actionable items and driving them to closure.Validating the health of the Project by maintaining RAG status report on weekly basis.
