IT leadership responsibility to design, architect, and build Private Bank data platform (Mainframe, Hadoop & GCP) to support different methods to ingest and process data; including events, ETL, and third-party APIs.• Manages DFS Portfolio of RTB and CTB. Currently includes 15 applications and 9 ongoing projects.• Design, implement and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from raw data sources to presentation.• Migrated 4 applications successfully in re-arch and rehost category in 2023/24.• Performs security risk, vulnerability assessments, and business impact analysis for medium/high complexity information systems.• Reviews current and proposed information systems for compliance and remediates/adherence to overall strategy.• Works closely with Engineering to ensure holistic robust processes to improve safety and security of the application, compliance with regulations, etc.• Applications portfolio includes – MMSR, KYC, CRS, FATCA, EINSIG, AML, AFC.• Contributes to the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.• Assists the bank’s audit function with EY (Ernst and Young) and SOX for remediation of audit points and self-identified issues in order to reduce risk.• Engages with technical design and project managers, to ensure correct products are produced, in a timely manner and evaluates the quality of project outputs against agreed service acceptance criteria.
