Currently, I am working as a Data Analyst at Cognifyz Technologies, a leading provider of data-driven solutions for various industries. In this role, I am responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics BI, a powerful cloud-based business intelligence platform. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, conduct data quality checks, and provide data analysis and recommendations. Previously, I worked as a Data Analyst at Maier+Vidorno, where I supported the market research and business development projects for international clients, using various data sources and tools. Some of my achievements include: Developing a custom dashboard for a healthcare client, using Zoho Analytics BI, that helped them monitor and improve their key performance indicators, such as patient satisfaction, revenue, and costs. Conducting a comprehensive data analysis for a manufacturing client, using Python and SQL, that revealed their market potential, customer segments, and competitive advantages in India. Improving the data collection and validation process for a retail client, using Excel and Google Sheets, that reduced the error rate and increased the efficiency by 30%.
