As a Senior Director of Talent Services with over 10 years of experience, I have been responsible for managing and mentoring large teams of recruiters to achieve their KPIs and exceed client expectations. Currently, I lead a team of recruiters responsible for delivering top talent to the organization\'s Randstad Technologies delivery teams. In this role, I have successfully implemented new hire orientation programs, training programs, and recruitment processes that have helped to improve candidate identification and tracking.My experience in designing and implementing leadership training programs for structured behavioral interviews and assessments has been a key factor in achieving our recruiting metrics.
