Responsible for delivery / support for Fraud Manager solution. • Project implementation. • Transaction monitoring of all channels. • Install and implement Fraud Prevention Tools (FALCON) and add-on modules like Case Manager, Rule Expert and Business Object. • Installing and implementing Fraud Prevention Tools on Linux Server and also configure Repository, Tomcat, Web Sphere and troubleshooting errors. • Architecture of FALCON Application using LB, FPI and FAI. • Managing rules (writing new rules. deploy and modify rules). • Configure and manage hotlist as per requirement • Attending daily huddle, Project status, major incident meetings. • Checking and analysis log files, manage and monitor Couchbase server and Oracle Database. • Writing and executing SQL queries for better analysis of fraud data. • Integration of other payment channels (IMPS, UPI, MB, NEFT, RTGS, IFT etc.) with FALCON application. • Delivery and operations team management. • Stakeholder management • Work closely with vendors and service providers for effective coordination & competent delivery. • Document all the interdependencies and list assumptions and constraints. • Testing (SIT/Performance Testing/UAT) and commissioning of changes in the test area with respect to the applications. • Work with different host application team, Risk team for related changes and regulatory requirements. • Monitor and publish daily monitoring log status. • Provide Level 1 support to ensure 24X7 availability of live systems. • Ensure to provide workaround for issues, monitor issue log & follow up with vendor until final resolution.
