I started working since, I was in second year of Bcom Firstly I joined Shine Projects, this company come up with Stock market courses for upcoming youths as well as for working class people who wish to get engaged in share market life and are required to gain a detailed knowledge regarding stocks, As a Marketing Intern I performed roles and responsibilities such as- Communicating with customers regarding benefits of this course- Convincing them to get enrolled in this course- Completing registration formalities of the convinced customers- Organizing webinars in colleges for mass marketing of course. Other than this, I also participated in work related quiz organized by company and I too completed this stock market course along with my internship. Here, I gained a major part of convincing skills. After successfully completing my marketing internship, I joined Flipkart as a Customer Support Executive. In Flipkart my roles and responsibilities were divided in two parts which was -70% calling and 30% backend- Communicating with customers in an inbound calling process- Understanding and resolving the complaints raised by customers on application- Escalating the complaints according to relevant departments- Providing assistance in delivery tracking and issuance of invoice- Feeding details in the smart assist software regarding the conversation happened with customers Here, I enhanced my communication skills also gained a good experience of customer interaction and backend process. During my final year of graduation, I decided to move in HR field and took a 2 months training from Tareeqa Global Solutions to gain knowledge of HR functions. where I learnt about- Recruitment - Talent Acquisition - HR Analytics - HR Payroll and Generalist - All about HR Documentation Here I gained HR operations and recruitment knowledge and a good amount of soft skills. After appearing my Bcom final exams, I applied for HR internship, From April 2023 to June 2023, I worked in TCM Services Pvt Ltd as HR intern On July 2023 I was confirmed & promoted as HR executive in TCM
