As a highly motivated professional with experience in the Retail Banking industries, I aim to attain a position of eminence through sheer hard work, determination, and dedication. My drive to exceed expectations coupled with my excellent troubleshooting, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills makes me a fast learner with high energy.Currently, I am working as a Current Account Acquisition Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, where I am responsible for generating leads for current and savings accounts for new and existing customers. I also sell third-party products such as Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Debit/Credit Cards to the existing customer base. I am proud to be a part of an organization that values timely processing of account opening and improving customer service levels.Prior to my current role, I worked at Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited as a Customer Service Officer. Here, I was responsible for generating leads for current and savings accounts, as well as deepening account balances for existing customers. I also processed bank transactions such as funds transfer, cheques, and opening of accounts. Ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and improving customer service levels were also part of my responsibilities.Before entering the banking sector, I practiced as an advocate in the district court Jodhpur and High court Jodhpur, specializing in Sec. 138 matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act. I am well-versed with the 138 procedure and attended civil suits in Hon\'ble Jodhpur High Court, including Notice of Motion, Framing of Issues, and meeting with clients.I have also worked at Axis Bank Limited as a Customer Service Officer, where I conducted outbound marketing calls and scouted for new leads and referrals to generate business. I sold third-party products such as Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Debit/Credit Cards to the existing customer base.I hold an LL.M. from J.N.V. University Jodhpur, an LL.B. from J.N.V. University Jodhpur, a Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce from J.N.V. University Jodhpur, Intermediate from the Rajasthan Board, and Matriculation from the Rajasthan Board.
