IBM Maximo Developer with hands-on experience in enterprise asset management solutions, backend development, and system integrations.My primary domain is Maximo technical development, where I translate functional requirements into reliable technical solutions through automation, configuration, and clean backend logic. I have experience working across the Maximo lifecycle, including customization, integration, testing, and production support.Technical exposure includes:Maximo Development:• Automation scripts (Jython/Python) for validations and business logic • Maximo customization using MBOs, Application Designer, and conditional UI logic • Configuration of workflows, escalations, cron tasks, domains, and security groups Integration (MIF):• Object Structures, Enterprise Services, and Publish Channels• REST APIs for integrating Maximo with external systemsData & Backend:• Database configuration including attributes, relationships, and domains• Strong Oracle SQL skills for backend validation, reporting, and performance analysisPlatform Experience:• Hands-on experience with Maximo 7.x • Actively upskilling on Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9 – Manage)I also have a working understanding of Java, which helps me better understand Maximo’s backend architecture, MBO framework, and custom extensions.I have been involved in SIT/UAT cycles, defect analysis, and production support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions while balancing Maximo out-of-the-box capabilities with required customizations.I am actively focused on expanding my expertise within the Maximo ecosystem, particularly MAS architecture, modern integration patterns, and performance optimization.
