As specialists in the field of subsea & offshore engineering, we provide support to our clients in the execution of complex operations. Our expertise covers design of subsea construction equipment (ploughs, trenchers), general purpose subsea machinery (subsea e-motors & batteries), as well as integration of equipment to ships.Supported by Innovate UK, and working with ORE Catapult, we have designed and built the world\'s first subsea Axial Flux electrical machine, and are now developing an underwater battery using automotive system architecture. I was successful in securing significant grant funding for these projects. My role is to lead our team of engineers: to solve complex engineering challenges, and map their skills progression so that we can jointly conquer bigger projects. From a strategic perspective, I consider new and emerging technologies, plans to integrate them into our products & services, and IP protection. Using our suppliers Definition IP, I have secured IP rights, including patents & trademarks for our products.
