Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance for Chemistry analyzers in accordance with SOP’s.• prepare and load all reagents, perform daily calibration and quality control testing prior to the start of using analyzer for patient’s samples.• Perform routine and stat/priority chemistry profiles.• Review and release test results via Centralink/Soft software and inform related health provided regarding any critical results.• Locate and pull patient samples for repeats, complete manual dilutions, enter comments and codes into the patient’s report.• Perform daily splits, patient comparisons and IQMH samples according to the bench working in.• Perform calibration of equipment and analyze data for quality control and maintain compliance with OLA, CAP, safety and risk management guidelines.• Verify specimen suitability with regards to its adequacy and integrity.• Performing, interpreting and releasing results, while ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.• Handling occurrent discrepant results, running required dilutions and manual reviews, executing advanced troubleshooting.• Identify incidents and nonconformities, participate in the development of effective corrective action plans, escalate as appropriate and drive continuous improvement.• Working with seniors for Instrument to Instrument, validation of new lot reagent & new lot QC (Lot to Lot).• Signing off ran Q.Cs for different benches according to Levey Jennings rules.• Validate documentation to ensure that it corresponds to the specimen procurement are identified.• Handle bio-hazardous substances and adhere to safety procedures.
