As a Process Lead for Coker Integrity projects within BP\'s portfolio, I lead the process team to ensure the process engineering tasks to be completed within the project budget and on schedule. My responsibilities include tasks such as process document preparation scheduling, forecasting, progress reporting, budget oversight and coordinating the multi-disciplines tasks. I also handle various aspects of process engineering and leadership in the projects. This includes identifying overpressure scenarios, conducting hydraulic analyses, selecting and sizing equipment, line sizing, preparation of control narratives, LDT calculations, P & IDs, KDCNs, KMS. I also play an active role in the project\'s HAZOP study and participate in piping model review meetings as the process lead.I participate in the weekly project meetings with the client to discuss progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
