   Worked with 2W legal and compliance teams to manage client contracts. Accelerated the administrative response time for compliance, security, and vendor agreements with clients in South Africa, Europe, and the US. • Responsible for the P&L of the project, resource planning, resource management and executive communication. • Responsible for additional Professional Services upsell to augment the client’s skill sets. • Provided TCO and ROI reports and presentations to the executive teams allowing them to make appropriate decisions on next steps. • Revived a $2.5MM project that was in a critical state, provided a solution for moving forward, set the correct expectations (2W and the client) for a successful project completion, including upselling additional 2W resources (additional $1.2MM) and creating project “towers” per application groups and assigning project managers for each “tower” with a 2W lead assigned to each “tower”, to improve project process. Successfully completed the project within the time planned and within budget. Managed BI & Data Analytics Projects that involved: AWS DMS, Data Lakehouse (Amazon S3, Columnar DB), Amazon Kinesis, Azure Data Lake Analytics (2021+), Azure Synapse Analytics (2021+), Microsoft SSRS, R, Power BI, Looker.
