Over 18+ years, I have held a consistent mandate across roles at Microsoft and prior: take complex, high-stakes technology decisions and make them work reliably at enterprise scale.My current focus is Agentic AI — not the prototype, but the production system. The one that runs unsupervised across business functions, touches sensitive data, makes decisions with financial consequence, and must be auditable by a compliance team on a Tuesday morning.I architect these systems end-to-end: from agent orchestration design and tool integration, through AI guardrails and responsible deployment controls, to the observability and governance layer that gives leadership confidence the system behaves as intended.The organisations I work with span industries, but the challenges are consistent.
