I help business owners and leadership teams grow, stabilise, and scale their online businesses — technically, commercially, and operationally.I’ve been working in e-commerce and software since the early and have spent over 25 years building platforms, leading teams, and shaping business strategy across retail, D2C, and international markets. My background spans hands-on development, project and programme leadership, and senior executive roles — including Director at Holbi Group and Co-CEO & Co-Owner of osCommerce, one of the world’s longest-running e-commerce platforms.What sets me apart is range and depth. I’ve written code, managed developers, negotiated with vendors, led international teams, handled budgets, navigated financial crises, and made decisions where the commercial risk was real — not theoretical. I understand how technology, people, process, and money actually collide inside a business.
