I design learning experiences that stick — building digital training programs that engage, educate, and empower teams at scale. With 10+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and digital content production, I help organisations transform how they train, upskill, and inspire their people. As Instructional Designer, Digital Learning Studio Lead at GIZ and previous Head of eLearning at Crédit Agricole, I’ve led the end-to-end creation of corporate training systems, video-based learning libraries, onboarding programs, and leadership development initiatives across tech, banking, public sector, and education industries. My expertise includes- Instructional design for eLearning and blended learning - Curriculum development aligned to business goals - Video content creation for learning (tutorials, microlearning, explainer videos)- Learning Management System (LMS) setup and content strategy - Corporate learning transformation and digital learning adoption - Leading cross-functional teams of designers, educators, and tech specialists.
