My work focuses on brand alignment, user experience, and business impact.I independently manage key initiatives such as the Direct Mail project, where I design personalized postcards, integrate customer data, perform detailed quality checks, and deliver print-ready outputs that contribute directly to client revenue. I also work on landing page wireframes, user flows, homepage improvements, product page enhancements, and campaign creatives to improve conversions and usability.Previously, I worked for Infosys BPM Ltd as an AEM Content Author (Process Specialist), supporting the Philips global website.
