ABOUT VACHAN RAO

My journey is a bit unconventional to say the least. Equipped with a master\'s degree in Aerospace Engineering, I\'m currently working in the field. But to realise my passion for sports and in particular Football, I started with a 4 month online Professional Certificate Programme for Sports Agents, while continuing to connect with key stakeholders in the Sports industry. Recently, I completed a 9-month long Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, Sponsorship and Communication in Sports from Barça Innovation Hub.My short term goal is to expand my network and close win-win partnerships in sports. My long term goal is to be a successful football/sports management professional creating value through my ideas, knowledge, support and experience.My growing network includes clubs, brands, service providers and agencies from France, UK, Spain, Hungary and India. My services include partnership opportunity identification, market research, sales pitches for sponsorship, intermediary functions representing either party, partnership contract negotiations as required or requested by the client, marketing strategy and brand marketing. As a starter in the industry, an unparalleled service that I can offer is support and attention in all the stages of a partnership deal negotiation including before and well after the deal is signed.I\'m a strong believer of language being the key to open many opportunities. I speak English and French fluently and I\'m at an intermediate level in Spanish and a beginner in German. I am an adaptive, self-driven professional as well as a strong team player who loves to learn, share knowledge, adapt to new situations/environmentes while bringing creativity, innovation and out of the box thinking into the work I undertake for my clients.
