Managed purchase orders and inventory through MRP (Material Requirements Planning) signals, including pull-ins, pushouts, and cancellations.• Followed up on the deliveries for the next two weeks and updated the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Updating the ERP includes decommits, tracking for those purchase orders.• Worked with the sales team for the regular deliveries and urgent deliveries to expedite the transport process by allocating dedicated trucks and added them to the emergency list for Air freight import / export.• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper material handling, storage, labelling, and inventory control. Monitor product quantities to avoid stock shortages, analyze product consumption, and gather market trading prices. Based on this data, place bulk orders with suppliers to secure lower prices. Aim to increase management profit by 20-25%.• Floated RFQ (Request for Quotation) to distributors and brokers to cover shortages where the reschedule-in of open purchase orders, internal material transfer from other projects, and global material transfer from other sites failed.• Collaborated with the supplier to resolve discrepancies in invoice by acquiring a revised invoice or credit note.• Placed Customer POs, Sample POs, Liability POs, Last time buy POs and Spot buy POs.• Worked to book materials that were blocked in non-receiving area or non-conformance area due to missing label, missing invoice, expired date code, missing CofC, different MPN and damaged material.• Engaged with commodity buyer to update price, lead time, MOQ, SPQ, MOV, MPN, PCN (Part Change Notification), order interval, and other details of a part in the ERP system.• Finally, validated all open orders at the end of the week with the open order book given by each supplier. Here, open quantity, price, MPN, and delivery date for open orders were validated.
