   Spearheading all finance and accounting functions for GMR Hyderabad Air Cargo by managing all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable, finalization of books of accounts, recovery/asset management, treasury management, and MIS Reporting to ensure the timely completion of all tasks in accordance with industry standards and company policies. Managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts in both Tally and Sunsystems, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and reconciled in a timely manner. Leading the monthly closing of Revenue accounts process, including treasury related reports and Age debtors for reporting to senior management and other stakeholders. Coordinating with outsourcing companies to ensure all timeframes are achieved and reports/files are submitted in accordance with agreed timelines. Analyzing various quotations and preparing purchase orders, ensuring the procurement process is efficient and cost- effective. Coordinating with external auditors to complete audit requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all statutory returns, including GST and TDS. Liaising with bankers, auditors, and various statutory departments, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
