ABOUT VICTORIA GALL
I am a corporate and commercial associate with Blake, Cassels and Graydon. I have advised on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, internal reorganizations and commercial arrangements across several industries, including energy, mining and cannabis. The value of the transactions have ranged from 15k to 30b, frequently involving complex, cross border arrangements. I provide value by drafting and revising transactional and corporate documents, including share and asset purchase, notes and note purchase, services and supply agreements and other ancillary documents required to effect the transaction or arrangement. I am skilled at conducting complex due diligence and managing the contributions of team members.I have learned the needs of the client while working in house on secondment at a large multinational oil and gas company. Before my legal career, I worked for an intermediate and large oil and gas company, assessing and evaluating opportunities for acquisitions and providing recommendations to management. I have also worked with the regulatory group advising on compliance and regulations. When given the opportunity, I enjoy freestyle skiing, playing with my dog or mountain biking.
