Hey! As an HR Professional in making, I\'m currently pursuing my Master\'s in Social Work (Human Resource Management Specialization) at Pondicherry University. I\'m a Sociology graduate from University of Kerala. Prior to Master\'s in Social Work I had been interning with NABARD, KIIFB & had also worked in projects associated with Govt. of Kerala. As part of my academic curriculum, I had completed fieldwork in ICDS Project and worked as a Human Resource Intern in Indian Rare Earths Limited(IREL). In my pursuit of learning & the endeavor to get better, I keep looking for unique approaches to problem solving as a professional.
