The current role focus is to provide overall direction to the Human Capital Management function which covers two manufacturing units, R&D Labs and Head Office. This includes initiating new strategies and schemes for attracting, retaining talent and ensuring high employee productivity, morale and performance. Working closely with heads of functions to create & implement effective organization structures and various employee development programs. Successfully managed IR operations and long terms wage settlements. Played key role in setting up the new manufacturing facility at Dahej (Greenfield) and the R&D facility at Thane. Established various policies, processes and systems to enhance business operations.
