I am an Electrochemist passionate about energy storage devices,Batteries,Electric vehicles and automotives.Experience# 7+ year working experience and three years research experience in lead acid battery,lithium ion battery,corrosion protection,electroplating, and electro-catalyst.Publications and research work#Two research papers to prevent corrosion protection using eco-friendly additives added sunflower oil coatings.Results: Pristine Mos2 & BCN oil coatings having resistance of the order of 10^10 & 10^8 Ohm cm-2 compare to bare mildsteel having 10^1 Ohm Cm-2. OCV shifted to 0.255V than mildsteel having -0.55 V and coatings gets abraded more than cycles over a load of 1 kg.#lead acid batteries using different carbonaceous materials like Carbon nano tubes,graphene nano platelets for HRPSoC application for hybrid electric vehicles.Results:Efficient in controlling sulfation and obtained microcycles during 5C discharge than conventional batteries having microcycles.# Electro-catalyst for water splitting using Mos2 & BCN based materialsSkills and Core competencies• New product development & cost reduction for Gel,AGM & flooded batteries.•Electrical testing of stationary and automotives batteries according to standards.•Quality checkup,internal audits and benchmarking of competitor batteries.•Expert in intellectual property to search patents and designs.•Characterisation using XRD,XRF,SEM,TEM,FT-IR,UV-VIS spectroscopy,raman spectroscopy & electrochemical characterisation techniques like Cyclic voltammetry & Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Trainings•Supervisory skills•Intellectual property•7 QC tools• Six sigma basics•Communication skills & Creative thinking•Time management•MS advanced Excel.Area of interest - R&D, Quality control, Energy storage like batteries, fuel-cells,e-vehicles,lithium ion batteries
